you probably need the * in the inputfiles_mask to process your logfiles.

you can also look into alldates.html and fwanalog.all.log in the output directory. If fwanalog.all.log is empty, then your logfiles weren't scanned at all. If it's not, but there is nothing in today.txt, then there weren't any blocked packets on the day fwanalog ran.
